Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kunoozi. By creating an account or using Kunoozi, you agree to them.

The service

Kunoozi reads school-related emails from your connected inbox and produces a daily, organized family digest of dates, deadlines, and actions, delivered to your dashboard and, optionally, Telegram.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connecting Gmail

By connecting Gmail you authorize Kunoozi to access your Gmail on a read-only basis to provide the service. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.

Plans and billing

Kunoozi offers a free plan (one child) and paid plans (Family, Family+) priced in Qatari Riyals. Paid features require an active subscription. Where billing applies, you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to access other users’ data, and no disrupting or reverse-engineering the service.

Automated summaries — important

Digests are generated automatically using AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Kunoozi is a convenience tool, not a replacement for your school’s official communications. Always verify important dates, deadlines, and actions with the original email and your school. You are responsible for acting on your family’s information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Kunoozi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunoozi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any missed deadline, event, or action arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Termination

You may stop using Kunoozi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
